The roots of Majestic Group of Companies trace back to the early 1980s when the company was founded as a ship maintenance yard in Jadaf, Dubai—one of the region’s traditional shipbuilding and repair hubs. During its first two decades, the company’s core business centered on the repair, maintenance, and later, the manufacturing of boats and marine equipment. Today, Majestic Group serves as the parent company of Majestic Marine Engineering (MME) and Elmar Marinas. Elmar Marinas Al Khaleej LLC (KSA), a fully owned subsidiary of Elmar Marinas LLC (UAE) which was established in 2024 as the group’s contracting arm in Saudi Arabia.
Majestic Marine Engineering (MME) was established in 2002, marking our expansion into the design and construction of pontoons and floating structures. By 2010, we had broadened our expertise to include piled boardwalks, quay walls, breakwaters, rock revetments, slipways, beach protection, underwater pipeline installations, and fully customized marine projects. As MME grew in stability and reputation within the marine industry, we took on larger and more complex projects. Today, we have the in-house capability to deliver full-scale marina and port dredging works, quay wall construction, and rock breakwaters as turnkey solutions. Elmar Marinas was founded in the UAE in 2015, coinciding with the re-establishment of our factory in Umm Al Quwain. In 2024, Elmar Marinas Al Khaleej was launched in Saudi Arabia to support new projects for Red Sea Global. With the full backing of Majestic Group, Elmar Marinas Al Khaleej is poised for growth as it establishes itself in the Saudi market. To date, we have designed and built over 7,000 berths, delivering an extensive portfolio of projects ranging from fishing ports to high-profile mega-yacht marinas and marine civil works. This track record has positioned us as the market leader in the Middle East for commercial, private, and luxury marinas. Our highly experienced engineering team specializes in designing complex marine projects, while our dedicated marine contracting division ensures their seamless execution.
