Joao is part of ATM, an international marine consultancy considered an industry leader in the design of recreational and commercial marinas, cruise terminals, and commercial ports and marine works applications. ATM has been present in the UAE since 2006 and has contributed to more than 2,000 marina projects globally over the past 40 years.
The company has played a significant role in the evolution of the regional marina market and has been involved in some of the Middle East’s most iconic developments, including the Palm Jumeirah Marinas, the Dubai Harbour Superyacht Facility, and the NEOM Marinas in Saudi Arabia. Through his role at ATM, Joao supports the delivery of world‑class marine infrastructure aligned with the region’s ambitious waterfront development objectives.
