The Leisure Marine Association (LMA) is thrilled to announce the upcoming visit of the International Council of Marine Industry Associations (ICOMIA) board members to the Dubai International Boat Show (DIBS), taking place from 19th to 23rd February 2025.
This visit marks a significant milestone for the UAE’s marine sector, highlighting the region’s growing influence on the global boating stage. As part of their engagement, John W.R. Paul, Chairman of the Leisure Marine Association, will moderate an insightful session at DIBS with ICOMIA, focusing on sustainable boating and electrification.
The session will explore the evolving landscape of sustainable boating, covering key areas such as electric propulsion innovation, emerging marine technologies, and the role of government and industry in supporting a greener future.
