Selcuk Balci is the Managing Director for D-Marin Dubai, responsible for the strategic direction, design, construction and management of marinas.

As a professional with more than 10 years of marina management experience, Selcuk is known for maximizing operational excellence, delivering financial performance and expanding the presence of the company and its brand internationally.

He most recently served as Business Development Coordinator at D-Marin where he successfully identified and developed new business opportunities and strategic partnerships and managed to successfully execute company’s vision for long-term objectives to meet business needs and requirements.

Before that, Selcuk acted as Marina Manager where he was responsible for implementing company’s brand standards in operation and service in different marinas across three countries.

Selcuk holds a master`s degree from Maritime Academy and completed HBX-Harvard Business School Finance Accounting course. He is currently based in Dubai.
