Spending her summer visits to the UAE as a child wandering around the Gulf Craft factory and playing in the showrooms cemented Abeer Alshaali’s commitment to the company.

She was raised and educated in the USA and first went into banking after graduating from Rice University. She joined the Gulf Craft organization working in the Executive Office. Her role supporting her father managing the company as Deputy Managing Director allows Abeer to successfully oversee the implementation of new processes to make the company more efficient and improving the overall structure of the company.

Mrs. Alshaali believes in continuous learning and improving work ethic. She encourages a cooperative work environment and sees industrial development fundamental to the economic growth of the UAE. She supports the country’s rapidly expanding Marine industry through her role as Chairperson at the Leisure Marine Association. She encourages more involvement between the private and public sector as she believes that there are many common goals that can be achieved together.
